Our services include online assessments, reports, recommendations, resources, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use our services in any way that violates applicable laws; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt our services; use automated systems to access our services without permission; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

The AIBML platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AIBML and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of any data you submit through our services.

6. Assessment Results

Assessment results and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Results are based on the information you provide and industry benchmarks. Actual results may vary based on implementation and organizational factors. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from following our recommendations.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of our services may require payment. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIBML shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIBML and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
